Synchroteam.com is an innovative company. Our team members are currently spread out across Europe and Canada. Everyone at Synchroteam.com works remotely; we mostly collaborate using online tools and communications platforms. It’s an energetic work environment, and we’re looking for passionate, personable individuals to join our team.

Synchroteam.com is currently on the lookout for an energetic individual to help us in the role of a Community Manager. This person would be the focal point for public interactions on social medias and would help represent the Synchroteam.com product on the internet.

COMMUNITY MANAGER

We are looking for a Community Manager – someone to be the prime point of contact for Synchroteam.com in the community and online. This person would also help promote the Synchroteam.com brand and solution, and act as a public liaison online.

Key Responsibilities
Help manage and maintain the Synchroteam.com stream on various other online channels
Take ownership of our company blog and Twitter account
Identify marketing opportunities and create/execute on marketing plans
Build brand and product awareness for Synchroteam.com solution
Assist our Marketing Director on future marketing campaigns

“Must Have” Skills
Marketing experience and/or background
Great vocational and written skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to work using online collaboration tools
Experience using Twitter and other medias for business purposes
Be fun, personable, and professional
Self-motivated and driven to succeed

“Would Be Nice” Skills
Savvy with Photoshop or other publishing tools to create promotional materials
Experience interpreting Google analytics data
Experience creating and maintaining online advertising campaigns
