Synchroteam has had support for <\/span>extensions<\/b> since day one. This means that you can <\/span>add new functions<\/b> to your existing installation, according to the actual needs of your field service company.<\/span><\/p>\n

For example, if you use Outlook or Google to manage your <\/span>calendar<\/b>, you can easily connect it to Synchroteam through the <\/span>Calendar extension<\/span><\/a>. The same applies to <\/span>accounting software<\/b>, such as <\/span>QuickBooks<\/span><\/a> or <\/span>Sage<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Now,<\/span> two new extensions<\/b> have been added to Synchroteam, with which you can put technology at your service and make your work easier:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. The online booking extension:<\/h3>\n

It is a<\/span><\/span>\u00a0new feature that enables you to <\/span>receive bookings right from your customers<\/span><\/a>, via an online form. It\u2019s as easy as sharing a web link with your customers, and let them <\/span>create the job appointment for you<\/b>. All of them will appear immediately on your Synchroteam schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

The form includes <\/span>customizable fields<\/b>, depending on the type of data you require: name, phone number, address, etc. You can also define the type of work, and then let the customer choose the time slot that better suits their needs in the weekly calendar.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. The Zapier extension:<\/h3>\n

this new tool brings the possibility to <\/span>connect Synchroteam to thousands of apps<\/span><\/a>. It\u2019s like giving it a <\/span>productivity superboost<\/b>!<\/span><\/p>\n

This new module helps you take full control of all the <\/span>preventive maintenance and service level agreements<\/b> you sign with customers, keeping precise follow-ups of any contractual commitments you\u2019ve acquired.<\/span><\/p>\n
