Customers can make appointments directly via a web link you send them. Appointments appear immediately on your Synchroteam Schedule.

1. Create an Online booking form by selecting all the data you need to collect:

• Name of the Customer
• Contact name
• Phone number
• Address
• Any additional field you want to add

Define the type of work:

• The type of Job they want
• Duration

2. Email the web link generated to your customer.

3.The customer can then select the type of Job they want and select a time slot available on a weekly calendar
